REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION FEES

Unless otherwise stated, the following cancellation policy applies to all the programs and products:

  • Cancellations must be received by e-mail, this being the only valid cancellation document and it has to be done the latest 10 days prior departure. Full refund apply
  • Cancellation of the confirmed booking or non show,10  days prior to departure or later, will result of loss of your booking payment. 
  • Non show will also result of loss of your booking payment
  • No refunds can be made unless notice of cancellation is given before the closing date. However, should any excursion have to be abandoned due natural forces (bad weather, ship not able to dock) or difficulties en route, a partial  refund will be arranged according to the circumstances if possible.
