Puerto Montt, Puerto Varas and Frutillar (7 Hrs)
Enjoy a trip that takes you from the port to the city center of Puerto Montt, along its picturesque fishing wharf and seafood market. Spend some time in this quaint town to visit the main square and the cathedral before continuing on to Puerto Varas—also referred to as the “City of Roses”—, which is known for its alpine and traditional German-style architecture.
The excursion continues to Frutillar, one of Chile’s most captivating and popular summer resorts located near the Llanquihue Lake. Admire the eternally snow-capped Osorno Volcano and take advantage of the fabulous photo opportunities. This scenic village is full of nice European architecture, pleasant gardens, tasty pastries, and a museum that will teleport you to the 19th century; you will experience all this before returning to Puerto Montt.
