All payments are refundable as per our Refund Policy that you can read here, I suggest you to take a few minutes to read before paying:

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION FEES

Unless otherwise stated, the following cancellation policy applies to all the programs and products:

  • Cancellations must be received by e-mail, this being the only valid cancellation document and it has to be done the latest 7 days prior departure. Full refund apply
  • Cancellation of the confirmed booking, at least 48 hours prior to departure, will result in a refund of 70% of the total price of the service.
  • No show will also result of loss of your booking deposit.
  • No refunds can be made unless notice of cancellation is given before the closing date. However, should any excursion have to be abandoned due to natural forces (bad weather, ship not able to dock) or difficulties en route, a refund of 70% of the total price of the excursions will be arranged. 
    All refunds will be done via Paypal
