A quick thank you for a greater than great tour in Valparaiso.
I was not able to do the tour as I was ill that day and did not want to ruin it for others but my husband is still raving about how great it was. I will send more information when back in Canada as very hard to do long emails from the ship. Will also post high reviews on Cruise critic and Trip advisor when back home at end of March.

We’ve been home from our trip for just over a week and I’m just starting to catch up on things at work and home. But I did want to drop you a note to thank you for the help in arranging our pre and post cruise tours. We were very pleased with our tours and both our tour guides Yosthon and Pepe. We had a great time and enjoyed our time both in Chile and Argentina.

Our guide was most helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and considerate. She ensured that two members of our group arrived at the airport on time. With the closing of the highway because of the religious celebration, the journey necessitated a detour and we appreciate your accommodation.

My wife and I were very impressed with the guide Loreto. She was friendly, caring, and very informative. We especially enjoyed the visit to the Sauce Winery with the wine tasting and empanadas as well as the demonstration of the horse training and the tour of the ranch by tractor driven wagon. We also really enjoyed the lunch stop in the small town Til Til. Both were unique and very rewarding. As one couple needed to be dropped at the airport, Loreto and your driver were concerned that the stop at the airport was in ample time for their flight. The degree of caring was above and beyond expectations. Please offer our thanks and appreciation for the entire wonderful day.
I want to thank you for all of the email correspondence in planning and preparation for our Chile tours. You are most professional and I am impressed with your caring notes. Dear Javier,
We have now returned to Cape Town after a most enjoyable South American cruise. I just wanted to thank you again for organising all the various tours for us. The guides and drivers who met us at the different ports of call were all very knowledgeable and courteous. We could not have wished for a better service.
Our stay in Santiago was most enjoyable. We were impressed with the modern buildings, the wonderful restaurants and the friendliness of the people. All in all you live in a lovely country.

The two tours booked through your company for my group were very good. It gave us the opportunity to have our excursions in small groups at a very reasonable cost. My group of approximately 12-14 people enjoyed both tours. There were no problems. Thanks for all your help.

We are in Santiago for a couple of days & are interested in wine tours & transfer from our hotel to the airport. It is short notice but, perhaps it would be possible to combine them (tour & drop off at airport) on Tuesday 22nd? If not, then a wine tour on Monday 21st could be a possibility. Pls advise if this is something you can arrange for us.
